The Karnataka state government has implemented significant changes to the admission procedures for the upcoming academic year of 2024-2025. The deadline for admissions under the Right to Education Act (RTE) in all private unaided schools in Karnataka has been extended from the original deadline of 22nd April 2024 to the revised deadline of 20th May 2024.
Karnataka RTE School Lottery Result 2024-25
Parents interested in enrolling their children are required to complete the online application process within the specified timeframe, which spans from March 22, 2024, to May 20, 2024. Once applications are submitted by March 23, 2024, a comprehensive review will be carried out to ensure adherence to the established guidelines. The final roster of eligible candidates for the lottery selection will be disclosed on June 1, 2024, followed by the initial round of seat assignments on June 5, 2024. Thereafter, school enrollment procedures will commence from June 6, 2024, through June 13, 2024.
Karnataka RTE Admission 2nd Round Process
The upcoming round of seat allocation, managed through online software, is scheduled for June 19, 2024. Subsequently, enrollment in schools for the assigned seats will occur between June 20 and June 27, 2024. It is recommended that parents finalize the second round of school enrollment by June 20, 2024, to ensure their children’s admission to the preferred institutions.
