Kindly be informed that solely online transactions are permissible for payment, with no alternative payment modes being acknowledged.
Refund & Cancellation Policy for HSRP Online
Products eligible for refunds include damaged items or incorrectly sized High-Security Registration Plates (HSRP). Returns and replacements for such cases incur no extra charges. Customers can easily cancel orders placed online within 4 hours of purchase. Refunds for successful cancellations are processed within six to eight business days. Note that entire orders must be canceled as partial cancellations are not accepted. Individual cancellation of Super Tag and Frames with the HSRP package is not possible. Upon processing your cancellation request, refunds will be returned within six to eight business days. Please consider that the actual crediting timeframe may vary due to external entities like banks and payment gateways. Refunds will be credited to the original payment account.
